alright my name is lex i will try to help you
first things first i would like to point you to the fury warrior wowhead article, the rotation portion especially! https://www.wowhead.com/guide/classes/warrior/fury/rotation-cooldowns-pve-dps this will most likely fix your issues but i will go into the things i saw as well.
Now i will base my analysis on Fractillus HC (bc its ST and aoe is kinda just press WW every 5th GCD)
-
you are pressing BT WAY tooo often,
BT with 4p is just a waste of a GCD it does less dmg then RB (Raging Blow) doesnt empower your Rampage (Slaughtering strikes) the only time when you press BT with new 4p is basically if you have 2 stacks of RB, have not enough rage to cast Rampage, dont have SD procs (Sudden death) if you cant cast Execute, so its literally the last button you wantto press if you need to press BT you are down bad lol. -
your opener is wrong.
Your opener should be Reck with Avatar into Charge (this should give you entough rage to rampage if done properly) into Rampage into BS (Blade storm) now you want to sent RBs until either you run out of stacks OR your enrage runs out into rampage again (you do the RB spam bc of your hero tree Talent Brutal finish) into Roar.
After this you just do your normal rotation again. -
Execute / SD procs
I am not sure if you are using these correctly since i didnt rly find a good way to track it but to watch the replay lol but watching the replay for about 2 min i think i will explain.
you are using execute every time you can its not a big deal as archi said its about .5% dmg but i do get the feeling you want to know how and when to press it correctly the wowhead guide does give a very good explanation on when to use it i will also link you a WA that plays both a sound and flashes up an icon for when you want to press execute / SD https://wago.io/r8u4tHLRQ -
Overall verdict
I dont think you are a bad player you are just freeballing it it seams like, fury isnt a very complex spec but a very fast pace spec so not knowing your rotation over a 5 min fight will lead to lots of problems. So just take a minute read the rotation guide go to a target dummy hit it for about 10min and you should see improvement. but the very cookie cutter explanation of fury this tier is to just press RB until you have 115+ rage execute whenever the WA tells you to and use your CDs mostly on CDd. If you have any more questions just let me know we can also talk in dms if you feel better that way. I havnt done a review in quite a while and i am also getting used to the new rotation and tierset so i might have overlooked sth someone else might find but i think i did speak about the most crucial points. I hope i could help!
Sorry to barge in but this was helpful ty
Sure absolutely no problem I am very happy to help
Yes follow new rotation as well, if you have more questions just asks them
@exotic crystal do u just completely ignore BT with 4p
and use it more like a filler
instead
Yes it's giga useless you only press it if literally the only available button is BT it's the one button that has higher prio than WW so yes you ignore it 99% of the time
Yes at 2 of MFE or 2 stacks of SD but when you hit execute phase these requirements are kinda dropped and you press it at 1 stack of MFE and 1 stack of SD
both or either
1 stack of mfe or 1 stack of SD
or do both conditions need to be met
Since you don't need SD procs at 20% to cast execute the "you need x amount of SD procs" condition is kinda irrelevant. The moment the target has 1 MFE you slam execute, if you happen to have 1 SD proc atm that's just rng. Also since you execute so frequently in execute phase the chances of you getting to 2 stacks is almost non existing
So 1 stack of MFE is a hard requirement to execute even in execute phase, SD procs in execute are rather useless
thank you
and dont randomly drop AJ you beautiful lads
ashen juggernaut is good if kept up throughout the fight
wdym randomly drop
I mean keeping up ashen jugg is part of the conditionals, dont just ignore it
dont ignore this part!
you execute so often that you will never drop it
the wowhead apl doesnt even mention it anymore bc you will most likely never drop it, with the old tierset execute was where BT is now, just a random filler if you didnt have anything else to press so it made sense to point out not to lose the buff but with the current tierset you will never lose it or the chance of losing it is very small
thats just not true since fight mechanics exist
also wowhead is a simplified version, simc APL is more accurate at every single point in time
AJ has a 15 sec duration and even with S2 tierset we only refreshed at at the last GCd of its duration
i know trust me i did a lot of apl stuff but most ppl here want to play the spec not deep dive into apl stuff
Nexus King Sal, you are forced to drop overwhelmed stacks, you need to build them with a well timed bladestorm or else you lose your execute momentum.
shit js happens my guy
you cant always keep it up
dry streaks exist too
so for most ppl they dont need to worry about AJ bc its passively maintained if you follow the apl
i never said otherwise
