I have trouble understanding the Fury rotation or priority system. This is the priority I follow:
Keep Enrage up
Avoid overcapping or wasting Rage
Use Execution with 3 stacks of Marked for Execution
Use Execution if Juggernaut is about to fall
Use Execution if 2 stacks of Sudden Death
Use BT when 100% crit
Use RB to get stacks of SS after Bladestorm
Use Rampage
Use BT
Use WW or Slam

You also missed out on 22 rampages

You don't have to run meat cleaver on cauldron, I do think full ST is better personally
