I'm trying to figure out if I'm doing things wrong or not. Linked with this message should be a breakdown of my latest M+ key (PSF+9) from details. When I compare to SimC reports I see Raging Blow "should" be at the place of Bloodthirst. At least in terms of damage. Then, when I compare to cast frequencies, I seem to be in a good shape (2 RB for 1 BT usually seen in other logs around warcraftlogs).

Then I've got a few questions to follow up :
I remember having read somewhere that typically we want to Bloodthrist in 2 cases : when we have 3+ stacks of Bloodcraze OR when we are in exec range (<35% hp). Am I wrong here ?
Special case : quite some times mob packs have a big HP mob and a lot of small HP trash. When the Trash gets low HP I tend to prioritize BT over RB in order to benefit from Vicious contempt. It's a bad idea?

yea this is pretty much correct, raging blow gives you bloodcraze stacks, which you use up by hitting a big BT crit. This crit is giga so u wanna press it. Regarding the <35% threshold, we talent into vicious contempt, which makes you hit fat BT bombs onto all enemies, giga 3mil+ crits
you want to BT over RB when trash mobs get low yes
BT in vicious contempt range will always outperform raging blow
