Looking for general warrior advice, I don't know what I'm doing wrong, this was on ric reverb. I'm doing way too little damage for my ilvl

improvement step 1: work on your opener

improvement step 2: do not walk out of the amplification cast as early, you are not hitting for a whopping 4 seconds.

improvement step 3: do not click whirlwind, unless you have 1) improved whirlwind talented and 2) you have it talented and there's adds. You do not have improved whirlwind, you keep pressing that button when you shouldn't press it at all (unless to sneak in damage when running out of amplification)

improvement step 4: fix your stats. Fury needs mastery to function. You barely have any mastery. You have 14000 of your worst single target stat (crit) as well.

improvement step 5: Rik Reverb HC spawns adds, killing these adds with improved whirlwind is crucial to getting more damage.

improvement step 6: sim your gear. This includes these gems. This is likely not your BIS gem setup.

improvement step 7: actually get consumables for your gear. You do not have double magnificent jeweler's setting on your other ring or your neck. You are missing A LOT of secondary stats.

But yea regardless of the gear and talent stuff, you have severe uptime issues, even outside of the rik reverb intermission.

Rik with bad tanks is an absolute nightmare for uptime tbf

Boss's hitbox is supremely cursed and he moves super fast, and with bad tanks moving to unpredictable locations it's very difficult to not miss gcds

Okay, I'm gonna practice these things before raid tomorrow and hopefully I can get better performance. I'm going to try to get my stats set up better as well, and definitely get sockets today. I was going with the gem set up from guides I had read, but if that's not my bis i really do just have to sim them

I definitely agree I respect the reverb amplification way too much and jump to safety too early, this is my first prog raid ever

Raidbots top gear sim is your friend for getting your stats ironed out

You probably want to swap skipper to windsinger for circlet though

I've been getting coached in a general sense on gear and stuff and I've been simming, though I definitely have some garbage stats I need to fix. I have some things to farm but ultimately I have been unlucky in some of those drops. Though I definitely have a problem with my pressed buttons more lol
