Yes, you can upgrade it with honor.
It's just a normal piece of PvP gear after upgraded to tier.
Also the piece being converted retains its quality, so if you changge a rival/1800 chest to tier it'll be a rival/1800 chest.

Hey all, recently played with a glad rdruid(im 1650) and he told me that i should never kite playing fury, as in his words "if you wall and rally right you will have 100% uptime," im not sure whether or not that would be the case when playing into ret/arms, they seemed to one shot me in 3 globals when I did what he said, he then threw a fit and logged off. you have to run quite often against wizards as fury, it's an inevitability, even against other melee
there's a certain point that running will just make you lose the game but that's more so an issue against melee cleaves
I only really leap away or intervene out to give my healer a few globals to recover but after that I have to go back in

yeah, Especially as alot of CC doesnt affect you anyways, I swapped from boomkin cuz its hard to set up kills for yourself, and feels like its not a complete spec in 2v2s, really fun in 3v3s but since the echoing resolve nerf, boomkin hasnt felt nearly as fun in 2s

Issue is that you get put in a kidney, they shiv, then sepsis/vendetta together, and burning trinket on shiv then hoping to maybe reflect sepsis just isn't reliable.
They don't press, you're out trinket, they kidney again then sep/vend and you're in shambles.
Using reflect afterwards for the 20% wall is nice, though, even if it's only for a second or two because most of the sepsis damage is super frontloaded
