@mortal elm tell him to save his stuns for it. Gotta be quick and on the hunter at all times. He roots, you stun right away. Maybe have a weak aura that gives a sound when rooted. Otherwise sit in it and enjoy the moment.

sounds like a lot of effort compared to monks (more or less baseline root breaker) warrior, alot of root breakers and option to gnome, feral root breaker, ret freedom etc,and that on alreadt one of the most squishy dps 🙂 wish they gave dh a bit more defensives or easier time with " some classes" - now its 2v2 uphill climb vs war, rogue, hunter, feral, demo, mage/rogue, etc 😄
