Whirlwind stacks (if 2+ target cleaving is important) > Rampage > raging blow > Bloodthirst

I play warrior mage a lot and I don't opt to cleave as often, breaking db's and polys freaks him out

in a lot of cases waiting 1 global to rampage because you're at 80 rage isn't the worst, quite good sometimes, because rampage has a high chance with Hack n slash to reset raging blow and if you're at or near 2 stacks of raging blow, capping to 100 then rampaging could be more efficient i guess

don't forget you can apply slaugherhouse through your whirlwind cleave

and hamstrings

they're swapping that to DK, and other pieces similarly, so if you get duelist on each armor type both seasons then you get all the lookalike sets
