Either is fine. I think most people go battle trance now that it works with crushing blow.
Tbh, I find myself still playing warbringer double time into cleaves when playing with a stun heavy class like feral or dh. The extra mobility and burst offers nice healer swap potential.

Stormbolt va Double time is a very common question. Both feel really good for fury.
Some warriors like the utility of stormbolt and are generally playing hpriest turbo or ret/war where bolt feels required.
I play disc kitty & disc dh war in 3s so we already have a lot of stuns and I find the extra damage and mobility more useful.

Disc can hardly do damage now because of how low atonement healing is and how little time you have to actually do damage. It can sometimes do a few big penances but disc also has some of the best offensive team utility. Double dispel, thought-steal, dark arc, PI, Mindgames...
I swear disc is really good, it's just super hard to play right now over the S+++ free cr holy.

You also need to play a lot of disc to understand what cds save you. PSing at 70%(so it heals you to full) still isnt even enough on some major cds like bust and blades. Even if its a 130% PS.

Yeah sometimes you need to literally use every cd in the opener then rely on your team to save you the rest of the game which is why I think people dont like disc. Once you survive the opener a disc can slam a mage super hard with double dispel thoughtsteal.
