Your healing comes from mainly ignore pain and condensed anima sphere. Bloodthirst heals arent very good. with 278 conduits I will self heal as fury for usually 800k-1.5M during a RBG and 70% of that is from ignore pain

Think I've pressed ignore pain like 3 times as fury. Impending Victory can be a solid heal but I usually channel my inner Mud and just double time every game. Battle Trance is most of my healing with Bloodthirst while Enraged Regen is up being the on demand heals.

depends on comp. SB is nice because it has distance so running with a ret for example avoids them from getting off the target to run and hoj instead of them just hojing the kill target and I SB someone else from distance and maintainging the uptime. It really all depends on what you play. If I play something like WMD then I typically wont take SB because of how much a mage brings for CC

plus if you are running RA then you pretty have deathsentence pre nerf while you have it proc'd an can "charge" and keep uptime pretty frequently

So basically what I'd do is build a full rage bar > pop conq banner, rampage > pop reck for full rage bar > rampage again to get full 8 stacks. If you get a bladestorm proc from reck just make sure you are able to get your 2nd rampage off before the first 4 stacks of Slaugterhouse fall off. Then if you want to all in you can bladestorm right after that but assuming you're fighting anything with a brain they've likely used a defensive at this point
