Grappling hook breaks when cast through line of sight, you don’t go to your destination, the animation plays, and your ability goes on cd.
The outlaw mastery doesn’t proc instant poison.
Dispatch seems to not proc mastery anymore, makes the tier set overall way way weaker in aoe since echoing reprimand, shadow dust put a huge focus on dispatch over generators where you can’t get mastery procs making one of the weakest tier sets in the game even weaker with double legendaries.
Blunderbuss legendary extra hits don’t work with blade flurry, combat potency, or opportunity procs (last might be intended unsure but the first 2 shouldn’t be), this straight up kills the legendary in any content because it just doesn’t do aoe damage.
Greenskin wickers legendary proc chance doesn’t look at the anima charged 7 cp value, instead looks at the value your actual combo points were at, this same bug applies for the grand melee RTB buff. This makes Greenskin and Kyrian with Resounding Clarity basically useless as your BTE casts just wont give you the legendary proc.
When your 2 set bonus procs on a pistol shot cast while broadsides is active, you only gain 1 combo point from the proc, in other instances it provides 2.
The procs from 2 set do not work with Blade Flurry, nor do they proc combat potency. Once again taking one of the weakest tier sets in the game and making it even worse.
If you cast pistol shot with the 4 set stacked and your combo points land on your echoing reprimand bonus, it will override it and consume it, meaning you lose the 7cp bonus for a real finisher, and the 4 set overrides it and makes the bte 6 combo points. This is a huge bug because Resounding Clarity makes this happen almost EVERY single time your 4 set procs

owl make no sense to me as outlaw, the dmg effusive does is really nothing special and you can't always use echoing when you want to cuz of the enormous aoe blast

the only other thing you get w/ owl is like up to 3% dam

the way I use echoing in 2s means the CDR from effusive is wtv, essentially -3sec on echoing

Unity
In 9.2 we can craft the Unity legendary which allows us to have a normal legendary and our covenant legendary.
I recommend putting Unity on any slot, except head and shoulders, while making sure you can still equip the 4-Piece Tierset
I personally Prefer putting it on the Necklace, Bracers, Feet, or a Ring Slot.

Fury Legendaries
Fury has 2 reliable Legendaries, with Signet of Tormented Kings and Deathmaker
I recommend putting Deathmaker on Cloak, and putting Signet of Tormented Kings on Ring or Bracers, Depending on where your Unity is, as you do not want 2 Legendary Rings
DM = CONSISTANT
SIGNET = BURST

Arms Legendaries
Arms has just 1 reliable Legendary, with Enduring Blow
I recommend placing this on your Waist slot as the Head slot is reserved for our Versatility Haste Tier Helmet.
