generally speaking it takes 30-60 seconds for a lock to generate a double bolt depending on their uptime and cooldowns, with practice you'll recognize when you can and can't reflect a low stack single bolt, but when they have 6-8 stacks you need to be hyper vigilant on not overlapping anything and saving reflect to reflect one of the bolts in a double bolt

leech doesn't work in arena when it's a tertiary stat like that, so you're only getting it for the socket, it's up to you, conquest cap each week is 1100 so it's not too hard to afford soon, but has a hefty honor cost, so if you're trying to save honor for anything else, it's really up to you
