Blasphemy is an infernal that stuns enemies for 2 sec

2 set makes it so after x soul shards their next bolt is instant and costs not shards

So if you do it right, have 9 stacks (at 10 you get the proc I think)

You cast a bolt, causes you to get the proc, and if you slam the button the free bolt goes off the same global

So 1 casted + 1 instant.

Then the 4 set makes it so whenever they use that proc they summon that purple infernal

If you have all five tier slots to work with I’d go Waist Unity (with socket) then can go Legs for DM. Legs are Crit Haste so you can craft a high budget slot with Vers that way. But you’d need 4p in all other slots
