lassan, I played from seasons 13-15 in mists of pandaria, I sucked hard to start, I barely could get 1600 in 2's when i first started, I eventually got 2500 in season 15, and what helped me was getting really good at dueling (not that it's relevant anymore, warriors are piss at dueling), I quit for several years until shadowlands came out and i sucked again, for a long time again, I was hovering 2k for a while in 3's, studied the game hard and put several hundred hours into the game and got 2842 at the end

It’s not that you aren’t playing right, it’s because you don’t have 4pc. When you do fury feels infinitely better because rampage is constantly proccing recklessness for RA charges off of your infinite RBs, so you have much much higher uptime

I think that all the stats are fine for Arms and shift around in value a bit depending on your setup, comp, matchup, general playstyle, etc.
I played a mixture of most stuff last season and it all felt okay-good.
