if you're struggling with gold and just want to craft and forget and not gamble at all, prolly stuff like bracer is best

its not a tier item, it doesn't interfere w/ enduring slots, is a primary stat item

frankly, if you're looking to truly minmax and gold is not an object

you might have to recraft several times

because even if you get a nontier legs

youd prolly want to equip them

and craft unity, at least temporarily, on another large item slot that is low ilvl

so yeah, no universally right answer, since chance is involved

for example, while I can tell you that shoulder and helm are absolutely the worst items to have crafted a leggo on ((eventually), for a while, they might be your current best minmax option
