Rampage before reck so you're enraged and the bladestorm does more damage.
Storm does a lot of damage for fury but i usually cancel it once it generates enough rage for another rampage. Which is usually the full storm duration anyways

Make pvp gear be the way you control the distribution of secondary stats that are normalized, has a set bonus for reduced damage and increased damage and maybe bonuses to pvp talents. Also make the pvp gear increase in ilvl for use outside of pvp but not as high as raid gear. This way you still want to buy pvp gear for the arena
