If you are revered, you can buy the unity power, which can be applied to any leggo any slot, and be a 291 on it

Assuming you are revered (no reason you shouldnt be unless you just came back to the game after the patch), the current plan is everyone running Enduring on belt (since enduring is belt or helm, and the helm tier is vers/haste which is really good stats), with unity on either the ring, or bracer.
