It's up to you, but you don't want a legendary on a tier piece slot, especially helmet or shoulders, those are the two best pieces stat wise, as well as legs

I'm going to be using my old 262 enduring blow on helmet and the unity on belt until I can craft unity on ring but I wouldn't recommend making enduring blow on helmet at this time

I have to remake enduring blow on belt if I want to min-max the hardest

I'd just use your spear legendary until next week and then use unity + Mirror or sephuz (your choice) just don't make them on tier slot pieces (helm chest shoulders gaunts legs)

the tier set is very good woth necro aswell since you have 4 chances at 2s cdr on wings with 4pc or w.e it was

there are no special pvp set pieces, the ones you get in the vault are the same as the raid ones

as far as i found out, their only source right now is in vault, and after week 7 you will be able to "make/craft(?)" them

though the item tooltip sais it also increases to X ilvl in pvp

for the ones you get from the pvp vault slot

later on you'll be able to recraft non tier pieces to tier ones if you've been unlucky on a particular slot etc

but they have the same base and secondary stats whether you get them from vault or raid drop

yeah that's unhinged, it's not the best legendary for pvp but it's great in BGs and some melee cleave comps. The problem with it is it makes bladestorm an offensive dps ability when a lot of people use it to get out of roots
