Don't the stacks from siphon that buff demonbolt/make it instant have perma duration, like the stacks from decimating bolt. Seems like the only actual mods you can avoid is the 4% per demon by waiting out some of the demons, but all the major mods seem to last til they finally get to use them.

Messing around on war on ptr, Dstance feels useless, but outside of a few outliers the pace does feel slower even sitting battlestance outside of cds

go from full hp to dead in like .5seconds on their vanish
spear+unhinged can 100-0 something without cds, but it isn't insanely fast like have to go through full storm and a follow up global or two probably really good if playing something with strong 1min goes or long cd CCs

Feral 4pc was a few bugs, so it got fixed, same with survival
assassin is just super overtuned in terms of burst, so if its not broken in pve they may let season start with it
it's literally auto win unless you have immunities, and even without it its still assassin so has high sustained pressure

isn't enraged same cd as parry? same damage reduction, parry better vs double melee meta, enraged prob better vs casters since you can use while stunned + some healing. Diff was arms stacked big Dstance on top, which is still a bonus but far less effective.
Guess its easier to spam ignore pain on cd as arms too?
either way arms doesn't feel super tanky anymore and outside of a few outliers the pace seems a tiny bit slower

I think unhinged+spear is going to be ideal for 1min goes or if playing with specs with like 45sec/1min cd CCs, makes for a really strong go, enduring if playing something that relies on sustained pressure/more frequent cc I would think

It's 259, which is the same as Duelist.
Just do the new zone stuff. If you aren't duelist then queue for bgs between new zone activities, if the gear is even on vendors.
