and if enemy teams 100% commit to pet then u just play double pet talent

that's why he says pet never rly the issue

because if the matchup ever comes down to whether or not the pet can stay alive then u as the hunter should win, but in one-off games the pets can very easily get dinged as hunters often aren't paying much attention to their position/health, especially under pressure

so often times, they're forced to extend the cen ward anyways and use the soul of the forest rejuv to heal the swap target, which is why it's extremely important to purge on swaps or to purge the soul of the forest proc
