ok, so I'm looking at the arms pvp spec here - why are people taking thunderclap/crackling thunder? it seems strictly worse than rend as rend does more dmg with the instant cast and the 40% snare is worse than hamstring anyway. instead, you can take fast footwork and leeching strikes for 5% more movespeed and 3% more leech - why would u ever want to cast thunderclap?

Subjectively, Fury feels more fun because of its faster-paced gameplay. Arms is slower, which is a bit off-putting. I came back to the game toward the end of TWW after taking a break for many years. The last time I played before that, Fury in PvP was very rare and was always considered strictly a PvE spec. So I’d actually be more interested in playing the Fury warrior meta than Arms, since I played a lot of Arms years ago. 😄
But, as they say, “it is what it is” so I’ll still try to play both. Maybe I’ll make a second warrior and gear one for Arms and the other for Fury. Or I’ll try to combine everything on a single character.

The only difference between PvP and PvE gear is that PvP gear scales in PvP activities. That’s it. If you have a full Mythic set upgraded to 6/6, you can just forget about PvP gear entirely.
