slayer fury is atrocious, theres not enough slots for massacre if not maybe there is but its not like substantial enough to play or be worth, blood thirst is more or less your execute aswell, you essentially press execute if not to kill or to put up the buff to have 10% rampage damage and destroy your target with both rampage and blood thirsts

remember execute also has like a 5 second cd or some shit so its kind of what ever even if you can use it at 35%, if you also get surge of power procs you can just mash blood thirst(bloodbath) indefinitely better into rampages aswell youre just crushing

slayer would have a harder hitting execute but its really minimal on fury

been testing some slayer arms its actually okay
