That's what I'm thinking of using at max level for Arms Colossus. There's a few that can be swapped. One would be Brute Force vs Efficiency (I'd pick Brute Force unless there's some major issues with rage using Heroic Strike). Berserker Shout could also be Fearless if you're not running into many incap, fears, sap and have to run against a lot of roots (this also assumes you're not running Berserker Roar for the stun reduction).

I guess you can just remove stuff until it works at level 80.

This is what'd I'd do for Slayer. Not a massive change from Arms, just getting more stuff from the right side of the tree and caring less about bleeds. Not sure if Fatality is better than Master Tactician, would have to actually test it.

Of course, PVP talents can be swapped around as needed based on comps.
