It’s pretty funny with how confidently wrong you are that any Warrior worth their salt would forgo doing 2x more direct damage (much higher bonus in PvE, but there’s a 0.33 mod on the deeper wounds spell ID) on a tier set buffed Rend reapplication over a Thunder Clap cast if they’re aware of that interaction is insane, especially when every point of damage matters to get that target low enough for a go especially when TC’s snare is lower than Hamstring and almost every other passive/active snare provided from your team mates in an arena.
