Vs evokers you can usually target their other DPS and just fear/cc the dragonrage. If for some reason you cant and you need to go evoker try to use all you mobility 1 to 1 with him, kick him on cd, specially on his cds, go through his wall (its paper) and basically test him constantly. The evoker vs warrior matchup is doable if u’r better at trading mobility than them. They will also usually panic press on ur recklessness or spear, so be ready to send a real go after @green wharf

All evokers, even the top ones have a bad habit of moving close to you when you swap off them since they have a short range, you can also use this and swap them in stuns gos

the only thing the dummy usually does correctly is if there is specific PVP tuning/scalings on abilities

but the dummy is not accurate in terms of damage

So yeah, its a convoluted system that confuses everyone but don't use the dummy to accurately measure damage and dont trust tooltips
