Your haste is good. Haste is a preference thing, where you like your GCD to be. You can go up to 30% if you want, you can lower to 25%. Whatever feels best for you.
Your stats are in a decent spot currently. Like I said, you could lower vers for more mastery for more damage. But you can keep it as is, if you like the little bit more DR, then you can leave as is
