I don't play bladestorm much in arena but there are some situations where it might be good, just depends on what youre playing as and fighting. Avatar is fun but for a lot of the best warrior comps you will be stunning for your team for the most part so you will need the extra stuns.

I play glyph of mortal strike always and swap the other 2 out depending on what im fighting. Blitz is good vs cleaves, colo smash glyph is solid too but I play kitty cleave so I don't run it. Bull rush is always nice to have esp if you think you're going to get trained and will be in D stance a lot. Shield wall glyph makes you immortal so its good vs double dps in 2s so its also a nice pick into some stuff. Like I said, its all situational, you just gotta think about how you're going to play and how the enemy will play vs whatever you're fighting and make the judgement there.
