You lose the MMR from inflation but keep what MMR you would have been at without, i think
So if you're one of the people who got kicked down from 2.1k to 1300 mmr at the end of the season you're in for a fun ride after.

The ability shieldblock and shieldslam is not used on many videos to bring something important to discuss and chat aboout. Situational: Warrior-vs Warrior, Warrior versus Rogue, Warrior vs Death knight and Warrior vs Hunter.

so if you had 10k honor and 8k conq, you'd get 5k honor and 3k conq turned into silver at a rate of 1 conq = x silver
