As a med student I do not agree, there is grades to defects. You can be born with less valves for examples, you can be born with pre disposition to arrhythmias and so much more which will end you before 30 if you unlucky.
But I do agree that the stress from uppers and roids will weaken and damage any heart, in different ways.

As in, it’s weird to me pvp is sectored off to channel pvp discords instead of one giant one where everyone works together in the higher ranks.
