This is because blizzard designs games with things like group CC, healing, combos in mind etc. Where you have CLEAR ROLES to do. When everyone's playing on a decent, equal level the blizzard games turn into trading CDs, macro game, chain cc etc. (e.g you need to kick the sheep, CC nano'd Genji, soak top exp)

Blizz games are full team games. Can you solo carry and should focus on your performance? Fucking obviously. Can you pull through with bad teammates? Yes of course. But these happen so much less because you NEED that Ana to sleep the Genji you NEED the hunters to not let ST get capped

But for BLITZ's sake the pool of players is so little, and the mmr is so inflated that when you combine that with the Blizzard game design philosophy I explained before, you get RNG more than your usual team based games. In other games matchmaking is the main sell, but not for BLITZ

In this case avatar always casts avatar, but when you hold a shift mod it'll also cast CS.

But i mostly use that for stuff link trinket burrow, not CS.
