Generally speaking, I think you also take into consideration if your healer is in cc and if you’re low.

If you see them casting a super fast chaos bolt, that’s usually their burst window bc they’ll have a 2nd bolt after that typically so you can go from 60-0 if they crit both

Haunt from aff locks is also good for the dmg but also the 10% buff they get to all their dots

If you see a shadow priest shadow crash the healer and see them casting Vampiric Touch on you, that’s good to reflect if you’re not in range to kick bc VT is most of their damage.
