I know I did this to myself: I choose to play off-meta build in an off-meta spec, i played mostly during bad hours and did massive damage to my MMR/CR that takes effort to recover.

Not impossible to recover, but if it's time consuming to fix then it's difficult to get fixed before next time i play during bad hours and do same or more damage again 🙂

I could also choose to have addons show me cooldowns, buff durations, cc durations, etc. That might help some
