tier lists are relative. If you take all S-tier classes and move them down to A-tier, you get a bigger pool of S-tier classes.
People make tier lists wrong. The middle band should be the average, S tier should be the upward outlier, bottom tier the negative outlier
and then the tiers in between describes whether specs are closer to S or mid and bottom or mid.

it's just a buff like colossus smash, if you want you can macro the relocation part of the spell into lava lash and never worry about placement, just dropping it every 24 seconds
You put surging totem down, then your next lava lash procs hot hands and you do a fuckton of damage with lava lash. That's it, not big mystery
