Working with Ms on regular basis, they are an extremely slow company in terms of change, which is normal for such behemoth (I work in a similar huge company but nothing compared to Ms/Google). You need a drastic drop to see changes happening, and I fear it won't be good. Remind me of the Ubisoft and Activision issues in the past, let's see what happens this year.
