Random BGs have a ton of different consumables you can use and other ways to cheese that can’t be used in rated
For example
I was fighting an MM hunter the other day, pumped like 25 mil damage into him couldn’t figure out why it took so long to kill him, the I checked details and in addition to his class abilities he used a potion of defiance which is like a 30-40% DR and he had this electric shock thing that knocked me back like 35 yards
I think he used Health pots too

I think CC is too easy to use. I don't mind the amount, but all of it being free cast no resources or procs or cooldowns, maybe a few have a short cast time but the tradeoff is they get to be spammed.
