The big death strikes rely on something stacking that I cannot remember, but it relies on cooldowns to stack that high. So you disarm when they're almost done stacking the thing and they can't spend them before the stacks run out

again, when r/worldofpvp aren't complaining about a thing, it isn't a problem.
