I know fury got some buffs today and arms is untouched. Is there any definitive reason to stick with arms in its current state besides flavor? Arms tanky with low burst, Fury squishy with high burst. Arms better against melee cleaves, fury better single target pressure.
Fury slowly builds haste and healing reduction rampaging the same target, but can swap mid CD usage as long as the healing debuff isn't relevant (healers ccd etc). Arms having more dots, CS being a debuff and overall lower burst makes the swap less scary for the enemy team in my experience.
