I usually do BS -> Stormbolt and after that sharpen. Sharpen and then BS is kinda pointless since most ppl will try to get away from you during that window

• you can save a gcd with stormbolt while BS is active. But imo it also depends on whether its arena and blitz

in Blitz I like to use it after a cc chain, or when you are about to burst someone down with other players
