If its really an issue and people complain they could do what they did with paladin tanks and add conditions to the matchmaker to make it put similar performing specs on both sides

If someone has a winstreak and kill streak etc match them against increasingly harder opponents until their stats are tamed

To win more consistently you need to do things others are not doing
Things that may not be flashy or show high dps etc
For example, capturing and guarding nodes or knowing when not to
Peeling from team mates instead of doing damage, ccing, target selecting, knowing when to disengage
In wsg knowing when we fight on mid vs guarding flag vs going after efc
Basically you need to be prepared to do selfless acts for your team and constantly watch the map and fights to see where you are best needed
It's those players that often make the difference when 90% of the team is just deathmatching
It is usually up to you and one or two more to win the match, most of the team will deathmatch and try to tunnel vision their dps role
You should also know how to burst and finish people off rather than just doing fluff are damage that means nothing
You will understand this when you win a few games in arena or bg with way less damage than enemy team simply because your damage even though its less ended up scoring the kill
