I know it depends on your and enemy composition etc but let's consider these scenarios, lets say its a 10vs10 battle in an:

A) Open field such as in middle of WSG

B) Plenty of obstacles such as mid in Arathi basin

C) Enemy has more melee than your team

D) Your team has more melee than them

I want to know when to hold back and let the ranged and casters skirmish and when you jump in, when do you peel and when do you attack and let enemy melee peel

Also in that case who would you target? Let's assume there is no DK because the easiest answer would be whoever the DK pulls or is out of position. So let's assume no DK and the enemy team is as good as you with disciplined melee, infact let them have a DK, he will pull one of your guys or you

On the combat dummy I found rage gen outside reck agonizingly slow but on quest mobs it obviously didn't matter because they died to the first dot tick from CBHS/leggo

I tried going with the new powerful enrage talent to slow rotation down and it felt better to have a slow rotation

it still felt smooth inside cooldowns and shit hits way harder outside
