Think of it like a high speed game of Pong

Your retals keep proccing off each other's

Whoever has more HP at the start wins more or less

If you can get a clutch heal mid retal battle you'll usually win

But you usually lawnmower each other to death faster than a heal can go off

Fatality and executioner's precision are just personal choices mainly. I'm not a big fan of Fatality personally and run EP.

Imp execute is generally pretty good just free damage.

Exhilarating Blows you'll wanna run when you get your tier pieces

Since it's just giving you free mortal strikes which are your biggest damage source typically

You can stack up pretty massive MSes with EP, tier set, overpower buff and sharpen

Like stack up your EP buffs and then slam a big sharpen MS but it's pretty hit or miss. Exhilirating Blows is the biggest talent out of the ones you mentioned since it just plays really well with the tier set

It's the most damage per talent node out of those I would say. Imo Fatality is just super meh
