STAT PRIORITY FOR ARMS:

17-20% CRIT, 35-40% VERS, 25-30% HASTE REST INTO MASTERY.

4 SET IS AMAZING. Depending on your current stats you want to catalyst different pieces. Legs, chest, hands and shoulders are the basic things but there is an argument for helmet.

Embellishments = Mettle boots and then Blue silken lining on your other embellishment piece.

As for PvE rings/weapons: Legendary is the best weapon, the fire rings that does damage and gives a shield are BiS rings if you can proc the fire damage reliably. Ashkandhur also has value due to the Shadowflame proc for both fury and arms. You need Bullion to buy these and then crests/flightstones to upgrade these.
