I just tried it and for example, mortal strike goes from 82k to 85k in description, changing 486 vers-mast wep for lego

losing about 1% mastery and 2%vers for almost 3% haste crit

so its more dmg just for the wepdmg/str

add a 1.5-2%dmg dot and a 2min cd charge (yes, the use is a jump! i dont know if it jumps bladeedge bridge, have to test)
