he’s statted for crit/mast and the mastery is probably just from sub because that’s what he’s been playing most
outlaw is generally crit > mast > haste
haste is low value because you have high energy baseline and it doesn’t affect your gcd
crit is good for dance windows
and mastery is fine for dps but it’s just random proc damage and outlaw isn’t always in melee

blizz uses physical and bleed interchangeably, but the damage types are unique - if odyns fury weren’t bleed damage, it wouldn’t be buffed by stuff like thunderous words
bleed damage is technically physical, will be removed by physical debuff removals etc. but it ignores armor unlike other phys danage
