Generally speaking it's something that's tailored to the way you play, the stats are equally viable!

If you like doing more with bleeds and like pressing a lot of buttons, go more haste heavy.

If you want a little more burst and heft, go heavier with mastery..

To minmax would be to run minimum comfortable haste and then go full mast, but I stack haste a LOT
