there's a couple of pretty obvious things that go wrong, you pushed onto right pillar at the start where the warlock was set up, I think you should have stayed at the back left pillar, you get kicked by the lock standing very close to him, this was probably avoidable via positioning, and certainly avoidable through juking
in the very least after the opening, you should have fled from their position or gotten to the pillar for better positioning away from the warlock

so that afterwards they have a big chance to pressure you hard, leading to mistakes that were probably avoidable
also that warlock gateway was very bad from the lock lmao

skill ceiling? specs with lots of tools that require time to learn how to maximise
skill floor? specs with less straightforward damage profiles, low kill pressure or are super squishy/punishable
the more streamlined a spec, the easier it probably becomes. i.e. feral is a melee that's required to hard-cast cyclone for damage and cc, which is obviously not very streamline
the more durable the spec, the more forgiving it is and the lower the skill floor, which is part of why i'd say arms is probably the easiest spec in pvp rn.
but yea tldr; lots of things can contribute to making a spec easy/hard... generally, i dont think any spec really has a super high skill floor. but some absolutely have steeper learning curves
