Queue shuffle, go inside Torghast, queue up for a dungeon or whatever they're called in there and enter it. Your queue is now paused but progresses. Do chores for 20-30 minutes. When you're ready to stop chores and play you leave Torghast and you're guaranteed a pop after like 5 minutes tops. Because you've been the longest in queue so you're first in line.
