it might help, depending on how close you're sitting. Hard to say if it'll be noticible.

If you have access to one you can borrow I'd try that. Maybe try to put something visual in the space near your screen to 'ground' it in reality.

You can also turn down physics/vfx settings in games, as things like 'motion blur' can contribute.
