Quick question about Arms PvP. So, I'm using Haste/Vers stats + Skull Splitter build. I do really well, and Skull Splitter feels nice af. BUT, when I look up top rated Arms warriors I see them running the Fatality/Execute build. In PvP the DMG of Fatality is only like 18k Per stack + can be removed with Bubble like effects. So, am I under estimating this dmg? And should swap to a Haste/Mastery/Ver Fatality build?
