Cutoff is termined by bnets, so if it's 2800 and you get either 3 or even 23 alts to 2850 then they'll all get a title without depriving anybody else of one.

There's a weak aura to track your next bloodthirst's crit chance modified by the tier. If you talent cold steel hot blood, you would just slam it whenever it's crit chance is like 95% or more to get the bleed

Otherwise just onslaught and raging blows to get rampages

But rampages I think then add to your next bloodthirst crit chance so once you do enough you slap em with the bleed
