Yeah sure, but once you start playing against coordinated teams theyll murder you if you play deathwish. Healers are also much more reactive and you won’t get as far with raw dam. Sharpen into cross cc with your team on kill target is better than anything fury has imo. It’s also reflected in the ladder, the higher you go there’s less fury more arms, in addition to most of the high rated fury being arms main alts
